NetSemantics has created a Help Desk to serve and support its customers’ users, covering their requests within minimum time.

The specialized Help Desk of NetSemantics, always aiming to serve the applications’ users, provides its customers with comprehensive technical and consulting services, based on the Support Package they have chosen. The organized structure of the department enables local or remote support (through remote management software).

The staff of the Help Desk records and directly serves the requests, while the supervisors are updated about the work load and completion time of the respective tasks, in order to avoid any delays.

The services of the Help Desk include the following:

• Categorization of every request per type, nature and customer’s package.
• Communication with user/client for an update on his request and the task’s completion time.
• Serving the request and update the user/client about the way this was achieved.
