• 08/02/2012 – A new logo for NetSemantics S.A.
NetSemantics proudly presents its new company logo, which underlines the state-of-the-art technology and innovation of its software solutions.


• 27/01/2012 – Deployment of nsTravel® & nsTIS® in 5Directions Ltd. in Sofia- Bulgaria.
NetSemantics S.A. announces the successful implementation of its business software systems nsTravel® & nsTIS® in 5Directions Ltd., an incoming and outgoing travel agency in Sofia- Bulgaria.
5Directions Ltd. implemented a total solution containing both the Back Office software nsTravel® and a B2B-B2C Booking Engine (nsTIS®) in order to support the setup, sales and handling of excursion packages provided across Europe.
The fine combination of both software systems along with the legal localization applied enabled 5Directions to gain significant competitive advantages, such as
• internal procedures automation,
• accounting & financial operation based on the Bulgarian-state requirements,
• flexibility and market expansion in web sales, thanks to the multilingual online Booking Engine



• 01/07/2011 – Aiming at continuous evolution of its products , NetSemantics successfully released nsTravel 2011 version with new features in almost all modules of the system.


• 15/06/2011 - Hellenic Zeus, one of the biggest incoming travel agency in Greece, adopted the nsTravel ERP to automate its business processes.


• 09/06/2011 - NetSemantics became ISO 9001: 2008 certified in software development production and customer support, increasing the quality of service provided to its customers.

• 16/06/2010 - Deployment of nsTravel2009 at MISTAKIDIS TOURS
NetSemantics S.A. completed successfully the installation of the business software nsTravel2009 for religious tourist agency MISTAKIDIS TOURS. The objective of the project was to implement a comprehensive ERP system.


• 1/04/2010 - Deployment of nsTravel2009 at SMILES HOLIDAY CLUB.

• 05/03/2010 - Deployment of nsTravel2009 at EXPEDITION AND TRAVEL.
NetSemantics S.A. completed successfully the installation of the business software nsTravel2009 for incoming tour operator EXPEDITION AND TRAVEL. The objective of the project was to implement a comprehensive ERP system.


• 05/06/2009 - New premises for the NetSemantics S.A.
The strategic planning and the expertise of NetSemantics S.A. (since its foundation - in 2004) on the development of innovative business software for vertical markets (Tourism, Telecommunications) have led to the rapid growth of the firm. From the 1st of June 2009, NetSemantics S.A. was relocated in its new offices on the 3, Skra Str. , 176 73 Kallithea Greece. The new premises cover all the company needs and offer a functional and friendly work environment to the personnel aiming at the optimisation of the quality of services offered to the customers of NetSemantics.


• “NETSEMANTICS S.A. State of the art technology for tourism. ” Netweek magazine (edition 206), published by Boussias Communications, presented the company and the travel industry software “nsTravel”. • NetSemantics participation in the 3rd CRM Forum on 10/4/2008.
NetSemantics participates for the third consecutive year in the CRM Forum, where it will present its products. Within the Forum framework, NetSemantics will present in the projects CRM as a Case Study and OSS/BSS which was successfully implemented for Vivodi Telecom.

• Deployment of nsTravel at Hellenic Tours Group.
NetSemantics completed successfully the installation of the touristic nsTravel platform for the companies:

for the group of Hellenic Tours.

The objective of the project was to implement a comprehensive ERP system for the companies above, which are involved with incoming tourism. In particular, the following nsTravel modules were used:

• Deployment of nsCRM and nsOrchestrator at Vivodi Telecom.
NetSemantics completed successfully the first phase of the CRM and OSS/BSS project for Vivodi Telecom, using the products nsCRM and nsOrchestrator that it created. Specifically, the following modules are set in operation for the CRM project since 1/10/2007:
